It was a wonderful , sunny day and most of the children and teachers brought an apple to eat at the break.

                       From now on we must remember the nine reasons to eat an apple a day.

                                                         1-Apples contain vitamin C.

                                                           2-They prevent heart diseases.

                                                                  3-They are low in calories.

                                                              4-They prevent cancers.

                                   5-Apples contain phenols, which  reduce bad cholesterol .

                                                               6-They prevent tooth decay.

                                              7-They protect your brain from brain disease. 

                                                                8-You can have healthier Lungs.
